Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING TIMES:
DOMESTIC:
Shipping time for Spain is 48 - 72 business hours. Between 4 and 7 business days for shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL:
Shipping time for international orders is 10 - 15 business days, depending on the destination. All customs fees will be borne by the customer.
* For items with a pre-order option, the delivery time will be specified in the description of the selected product.
RETURN POLICY:
Barey accepts exchanges or returns within the established period, provided that the garment is in perfect condition.
Garments must be returned new, unused, and with all components of their original packaging such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift boxes, and original tags attached to the garment exactly as they were sent.
Shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances.
The first exchange is free.
If you wish to exchange any of your garments for another size or product, please let us know via email, and we will take care of everything.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
Products in the SPECIAL PRICE, PHYSICAL PRIVATE SALES, and OUTLETS categories: no exchanges or returns of any kind are accepted.
Exchanges and returns are also not accepted for accessories, fragrances, custom-made garments, or altered garments.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To return or exchange any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure: send us an email to cambiosydevoluciones@bareycollection.com indicating in the subject line whether it is an exchange or a return and the order number.
In the body of the email, you must include the following information:
• Order number:
• Name:
• Email:
• Model:
• Size:
• Cardholder:
Our team will then contact the customer as soon as possible to provide the address to send the product(s) you wish to exchange or return.
Don't forget to include the invoice with the same information you sent us by email in the bag.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A RETURN?
The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the arrival of the package to the customer, and the return must reach our offices within that time. The customer will always bear the shipping costs.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the return is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order to the credit or debit card used for the purchase within a maximum of 15 business days. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
If you placed the order via PayPal, we will proceed to issue the refund to your PayPal account within a maximum of 15 business days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Barey reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or that do not meet the conditions of our return policy.
In such a case, the garments will be sent back to the recipient with shipping costs payable by the recipient, and no refund will be issued.
We accept exchanges or returns in person at our physical store in Córdoba, provided they are within the time limit. This period consists of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase if made in-store, or 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order if made through the online store.
