All products offered at www.bareycollection.com are presented with a description and at least one reliable image of the product, so that the user can appreciate what they want to buy. Always bearing in mind that the characteristics of the Internet browser or the screen used may not accurately reflect reality.
PRICES:
The prices published by DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L are in euros and all include the applicable VAT.
Offers on products for sale will be indicated on the product page and will be valid as long as they are displayed on the website.

When placing an order, the customer can freely choose between the following payment methods:

SHIPPING:
Products purchased from DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order, and the company is not responsible for delivery failures when the address entered in the form is incorrect.
The order is considered delivered the moment the carrier delivers the package to the customer and the latter signs the delivery receipt document.
SHIPPING TIMES:
DOMESTIC
Shipping time for Spain is 48 - 72 business hours. Between 4 and 7 business days for shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL
Shipping time for international orders is 10-15 business days depending on the destination. All customs fees will be borne by the customer.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no dispatch or delivery of orders.
NOTE: During sales, pre-order, and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. We will always indicate the shipping time in the website's terms and conditions.
RETURN POLICY:
Barey accepts exchanges or returns within the established period as long as the garment is in perfect condition.
Due to the characteristics of DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L products, they must be handled with the necessary care to prevent damage or defects. For this, it is recommended that garments be returned new, unused, and with all their packaging components such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift box, and original tags attached to the garment exactly as they were sent.
This ensures that returned products remain in the same condition as when they were sent and show no signs of use, allowing for requested returns to be processed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, as are the costs of new shipments. Shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances. Returns with postage due will not be accepted.
The first exchange is free.
If you wish to exchange any of your garments for another size or another product, please let us know via email and we will take care of everything.

WHICH ITEMS DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
Exchanges and returns of our accessories such as belts or our fragrance are not allowed due to hygiene regulations.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD TO MAKE A RETURN?
The period for any return is 15 calendar days from the arrival of the package. The customer will always bear the shipping costs.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To return or exchange any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure: send us an email to cambiosydevoluciones@bareycollection.com indicating in the subject line whether it is an exchange or a return and the order number.
In the body of the email you must include the following information:
- Order number:
- Name:
- Email:
- Model:
- Size:
- Cardholder:
Next, our team will contact the customer as soon as possible to provide them with the address to send the product(s) they wish to exchange or return.
Do not forget to include the invoice in the bag with the same information you sent us by email.
The item to be returned must be received by DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L within that period, with the product and its corresponding ticket sent to the following address:

If the reason for the return is that the item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L will be responsible for the return shipping costs and new shipment.
Once we receive the package and verify that the mentioned requirements have been met, DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L will send a confirmation email accepting the return and the amount will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?
Once the return is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order to the credit or debit card used for your purchase within a maximum of 15 business days. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase you made, excluding shipping costs.
If you placed the order via Paypal, we will proceed to refund it to your Paypal account within a maximum of 15 business days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or that do not comply with the conditions of our return policy.
In this case, the garments will be sent back to the recipient with shipping costs payable by them, and no refund will be issued. GUARANTEES:
DISEÑO Y MODA NORTESUR S.L informs you that, in accordance with the General Law on Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, products purchased on this website have a two-year warranty period from the delivery date against any defect or lack of conformity.
