Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING TIMES:

NATIONAL:

The shipping time within Spain is 24-48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL:

The shipping time for international orders is 15 business days.

RETURN POLICY:

Barey accepts exchanges or returns within the established period as long as the garment is in perfect condition.

Garments must be returned new, unused, and with all packaging components such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift boxes, and original tags attached to the garment as they were sent.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for accessories such as belts or our fragrance due to hygiene regulations.

HOW SHOULD I PROCEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

To return or exchange any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure: send us an email to cambiosydevoluciones@bareycollection.com indicating in the subject whether it is an exchange or a return and the order number.

In the body of the email, please include the following information:

• Order number:

• Name:

• Email:

• Model:

• Size:

• Cardholder:

Our team will contact the client as soon as possible to provide the address where the product(s) to be exchanged or returned should be sent.

Do not forget to include the invoice in the package with the same information you sent us by email.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A RETURN?

The deadline for any return is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package until we receive the request for exchange or return. The customer is always responsible for the shipping costs.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order by crediting the credit or debit card used for your purchase within a maximum of 15 business days. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase you made, excluding shipping costs.

If you paid via PayPal, we will refund the amount to your PayPal account within a maximum of 15 business days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Barey reserves the right to reject returns that are communicated or sent outside the specified period, or that do not meet the conditions of our return policy.

In such cases, the garments will be returned to the sender at their expense, with no refund issued.
